Brett McCracken looks at Neil Postman's prediction of a future where truth is drowned in a sea of trivial information (a la Aldous Huxley) as being more accurate than the prediction that truth will be withheld and hidden from people (a la George Orwell).

Certainly, we can find truth on our smartphones, on our computers, on our televisions, and on other portable devices. However, there is a massive amount of misinformation and trivialities that keep us from finding that truth. It makes the truth seem like a whisper at the peak of a rock concert.

The only solution is to continue steadfast in the only source of real truth - God's Word!
