I must admit, I have never heard of "#AO1" before reading this article. For clarity, let me break it down:

The "#" is a hashtag. To this day, I still don't understand what one of these is, I just know people use it in common parlance and it has something to do with the internet. 

The "A" and the "1" are self-explanatory, but the figure between them is the letter "O" and not a zero ("0").  Considering what AO1 stands for, the O should be lowercase, like this: #Ao1.   ... Anyway, I digress.

The letters and figures stand for "Audience of One." It is common among young athletes, encouraging them to play for the one true King of kings and Lord of lords!  That is positive!

But this article takes the rallying cry to its logical conclusion. Are we performing for God, like he is our coach or our audience?
